Shipping & Returns All products are special order by the person ordering, and are NOT subject to cancellations. Due to the nature of our product line, some items may be used once, and no longer needed. For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, unless defective. We will replace any defective product for 90 days from the date of purchase. Any return must be authorizes by Secureciti International. and under no circumstances will returns be accepted unless so authorized. Authorization and shipping instructions must be obtained from Secureciti International. No returns will be authorized after five (5) business days of receipt. There will be a 15 % restocking fee charged for merchandise returned not due to error or defects. Return shipping costs is the responsibility of the individual returning the merchandise.
