Securitex Advance CCTV Maid Monitoring system. (System come with remote monitoring system) 

If you are looking into installing CCTV system for surveillance of your maids or children and will like to know the cost of such system, we have design the following package to suit your need. With the equipment shown below installed, you can record and playback the video images from your home TV set or virtually anywhere. The images are recorded in the Securitex- MDR759 (internet)  Digital Video Recorder with Maxtor or Seagate or equivalent 2000GB HDD on detachable rack mount. There is no tape to change and depend on the image quality etc you can record from 7 days to 30 days or more (subject to Hard disk capacity). This advance system c/w infrared CCD camera can see in total darkness. When we say total darkness we mean ZERO Light. This system is so powerful that even if the maid were to switch off the light and create trouble, the system can also capture the image.

System package include the following item

*    16 units Securitex AVC667 IR camera (New model) Colour Day/Night CCD camera on “1/4” CCD Chip set” and c/w 6mm lens and housing. *    1 unit MDR759 Industrial Grade Digital Video recorder c/w 2000GB HDD. *     16 units power adapter ADP12VDC regulated or (2 units 230VAC/12VDC/3amp power supply). . *    Installation, test and commission. Cabling external on PVC conduit.  (for conceal cabling can be arrange for private apartment). As for system quality and workmanship its fully guarantee by us (Oil and Gas facilities system designer and integrators) System Package cost include installation for up to 16 camera for apartment less than 2500sqft and single storey apartment cabling external in PVC casing Total Cost S$ 9900.00 subject to change without notice (Cost are subject to site condition and is negotiable after site survey)

Note: For customer who do not requires so many camera we can even customized, mix and match the camera type to suit your needs.

Infringement of Privacy:

Please note that we reserve the rights to change the type of camera if we find the site not suitable for certain type of camera. Some area that we feels will infringe the privacy of the maid or potential abuse of the system for immoral application, we reserved the rights to change the location and void the installation. In the event our client insist that they want certain installation that we feels are not right, clients are to be responsible for this installation if later the system were to be found to be use not as it intended for.
