easily adaptable to any operating environment.


Technical description

K4 is an electromechanical barrier counterweighted
with springs and with a built in control unit; it is
suitable for controlling road accesses maximum 4 m in width.

Solidly made, K4 is anchored to the ground with a
foundation plate.

The internal transmission mechanisms make the bar
slow down when opening and closing imparting a
considerable fluidity and precision to movement.

Thanks to an adjustable electronic clutch, both the
thrust force and control of the impact force in the case of knocking against an obstacle can be accurately calibrated.

K4 is equipped with a Reverser, an anti-crushing
control system that stops the bar immediately if it
comes up against an obstacle, reversing movement.

The barrier can always be operated manually, putting
it in neutral, by means of a key system on the outside.

During maintenance, a microswitch disconnects the
electricity so the engineer can work on the electrical
and mechanical parts in complete safety.

A flashing light, key selector and a photoelectric cell
can be installed directly on the K4’s structure; in
addition, it can be fitted with a round bar and
supporting foot.

Cataphoresis treatment and two coats of enamel paint
protect the barrier body over time from the most adverse environmental condition.
